    Past SESHA Scholarship Program Overview

SESHA's academic program provides scholarships, training, and employment opportunities to graduate students enrolled in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, risk control, and environmental sciences programs.

Currently, SESHA is affiliated with universities across the United States. Undergraduate and graduate level students compete for scholarships in the amount of $1,000 by preparing a technical research poster on health, safety, or environmental related topics within the electronics and related high technology industries. Academic institutions are offered options to connect with SESHA members who are considered experts in their fields. These have included on site lectures at the academic institution, webinars, or student visits to operating facilities.

Scholarship winners are invited to attend the annual SESHA symposium to present their posters to other participating students, faculty, and industry representatives. The top three scholarship winners also have their technical research published in the SESHA e-Journal. The annual SESHA Symposium also offers students a chance to learn more about the profession and provides a forum to network with other students and professionals. There are potential employers recruiting qualified students at the annual SESHA Symposium as well.
