Summary of Meeting:
The meeting proceeded as follows:
Introduction of the day's program by Rosanna Imholte of PolarFab. Ray Peterson of PolarFab provided brief overview of the facility and operations.
Jim Behnke of Zellweger Analytics provided a presentation titled, Principles of Gas Detection. He reviewed a variety of technologies used in industry and pros and cons of each method.
Each facility discussed the technologies used and experiences with those technologies.
A roundtable was conducted on other current topics of interest brought to floor by attendees.
The next meeting will be at FSI in mid-November. Topic will be update on SEMI HSE standards by Mike Sherman of FSI. Pending his schedule, Pat Gruneberg of St Paul-Travelers may present on infrared monitoring for electrical hot spots.
