Summary of Meeting:
The Twin Cities Chapter met on Tuesday, March 21st at the St. Paul Companies in downtown St. Paul, MN. The purpose was to have a MN OSHA representative give us an update on proposed new regulations and answer any OSHA related questions that members may have. In addition, Patricia Zvonar, Matheson Gas presented an overview on the new safe gas technology available now for the CVD process area of the fab. Thirteen members attended the meeting representing VTC, FSI, Honeywell, Cypress, St. Paul Co., USTC and independent consultants.
