The membership in attendance
will have the duty of reviewing and approving the chapter bylaws. To speed
this process along, a draft set of bylaws is attached to this newsletter.
Please review the proposed chapter bylaws prior to the meeting and be prepared
to vote on their adoption. As mentioned in the last newsletter, the chapter
bylaws are adopted from the National SESHA bylaws with minor changes which
include:
Officers will hold 2 year terms
Elected offices will include Chapter secretary and treasurer besides the
SESHA requirement of president and web contact.
Comments must be received by January 8th for consideration. |
