Emergency Response in                  Semiconductor Manufacturing Peter Shires This presentation will deal with the many issues facing the semiconductor emergency response team. Peter will cover ERT response in general and then speak to the unique situations encountered on a regular basis including: Fab to Sub-Fab leaks; hazardous process materials; odors and evacuation difficulties.
