The Semiconductor Industry Association is pleased to announce the Call for Papers for the 9th International Semiconductor Environment Safety and Health Conference to be held in San Diego, California June 9-13, 2002. Sponsored by the five international semiconductor trade associations (ESIA, KSIA, JEITA, and TSIA), co-sponsored by SEMI and SESHA, supported by the World Semiconductor and hosted by SIA, this meeting has become the worldwide forum for sharing technical information on international ESH issues.

We urge anyone interested in making a presentation at this conference to submit an abstract so it can be given consideration for presentation at one of the conference sessions.

Please note the registration discount offered to individuals presenting their work at the conference as well as the registration discounts afforded to individuals registering early. We hope to see you at the conference in June in San Diego.

Acceptance Notice - April 15
Paper Submission - May 17
Participant Fee - $350 due to SIA prior to May 10
Presenter Fee - $275 due to SIA prior to May 10
Hotel Reservations - SIA Room block, $185 closes May 10
