San Antonio....
The Alamo remains the spiritual gem in the South Texas crown, but the countless other assets of San Antonio are also characterized by the River Walk that meanders through the heart of downtown and into the Germanic King William District, and by the grand Spanish missions, the festive Market Square, the historic Fort Sam Houston, and the unusual Buckhorn Saloon and Museum. San Antonio is the ninth-largest city in the US, so allow yourself lots of time to experience what San Antonio has to offer-or choose wisely.

All SESHA Sessions and the exhibition will take place at the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter. The Marriott features over 1,000 guest rooms and over 80,000 square feet of meeting and exhibit space. The hotel's richly furnished guest rooms provide an elegant, upscale ambiance. The Marriott Rivercenter believes it's the little things that make the difference like the in-room coffeemaker, iron and ironing board, high speed internet access and hair dryers. Just beyond the rooms you will find everything to make your visit a memorable one. The Fitness Center offers a chance to re-energize, the Lobby Bar offers a quiet spot to unwind and meet friends.
Once you arrive at the Marriott, you won't need a car. The Marriott is located on the River Walk, within easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The hotel itself is connected to the Rivercenter Mall.

Airline Savings
Be sure to make your reservations early! American Airlines is the official airline of the SESHA Annual Meeting and is offering exclusive low fares for the attendees. American is offering special zone fares, as well as, 5% discounts on applicable advance purchase fares. Contact American Airlines for specific details. Discounts are valid 5 days before and 5 days after the meeting dates.

Southwest Airlines is also offering discounts fares. Southwest Airlines offers up to 10% off most fares for air travel to and from the event, with the convenience of Ticketless Travel. To qualify, call Southwest Airlines Group and Meetings Reservations at (800) 433-5368 and reference ID Code J9210. Reservations Sales Agents are available 7 AM-8 PM, Monday-Friday, or 8:30 AM-5:30 PM, Saturday and Sunday, Central Standard Time.
AVIS Rent-a-Car is
offering special low rental rates which apply one week prior to and
after the dates of the meeting. All AVIS rentals include automatic
transmission and unlimited free mileage. Weekly rates require a five
day minimum stay.

There are a number of options for getting to the hotel. You can take a shuttle from the airport for $7 one way or you can take a taxi for about $14 each way.
Valet parking is available at the Marriott at a cost of $17 per night for hotel guests with in and out privileges. For self parking the rate is $12 per night.
